My choices seem spiteful
To the untrained eye.
My actions frightful
To the passerby.

Everything spawned from adulation,
All my hopes and aspiration.
In you I saw my one salvation,
Yet somehow I failed in communication.

At two in the morning
I can’t think straight.
All I see is the warning
That some call fate.

To keep you from the danger,
That came from no stranger,
Just this asinine teenager
I had to make on last wager.

We couldn’t persist
Because I was a fool
And now I can’t resist
When I see you at school

I liked this poem. You have a very good vocabulary! I also liked your use of rhyme and thought your poem was very well strucutred. XD
