White Swan
Dear
Grandson
I lie in the wake of sleep, and dwell on the tainted lines of sadness.
I am gone my dear..
from the world
And from the sea that holds me still…
I send this envelope to remind you as the fears we face as mortals
And the atrocities of mankind,
To know to look
for the light in their eyes..
Knowing all hope was not yet lost.
Here I lay…consumed by wrinkled feathers
soon to be swimming down the holy water
as light as Tarnished paper..
And yet I say the few last words
so I may go in flower buds
Because my beloved…
The only thing that will save you now..
Is your
White
Swan

Wow, is pretty much the only way I can describe this.
One thing, try to stay consistent with punctuation and capitalization.
I really loved your word choice and the way it was all broken up. It really worked with the whole idea of the poem, and it really helped to make the point. Keep up the good work. :)
in this case..its personified as a white swan. it can be taken in different meanings though, depending on how you interpret it.
