Beyond this little house,little city,wonder awaits for me.
I dream of living a magical life,
Filled with castlyes,princes and dragons.

I look up out beyond the stares and can't help but think this isn't the life for me
I dream of living a magical life,filled with dark magic and love.

I walk the soft sanded beach and wonder what wonders could await below the sea.
I dream of living a magical life, filled with mermaids and talking sea critters.

When I awake in the morning
I realize that beyond this little house and city,
wonder awaits for me,
But until then,
I'll just have too live in the moment.....

I wrote this when I was in one of my dark places. I felt that no one understood me and that I didnt belong in this life. Please comment on it! It wasnt one of my greatest peices but..I guess its not one of my wrost!

Thanks everyone! And, I know many of my poems can use some work! But, I perfer too just post the original pice. That way, it shows my true emotion while I was writing it. (:

Good concept, although the poem itself could definitely be improved. I like your descriptions of the places you dream of living. My favorite stanza is the last one :)
