The Things I Never Told You.
I never wanted
this love and
I didn't expect
to be blown away.
I did not know that you
would start to fix my broken heart
and wipe away my tears.
You picked up the pieces of my soul
and somehow made it whole again.
Time ripped out part of me
and I was left for dead.
Your smile has awakened me
and made me see that you
are all I have ever needed.
You found me in the dark-
hiding, and too scared to
step into the light. But you
loved me still and lead the way.
I was always afraid to
open up and show my scars,
but holding you hand
gives me the courage
to fly.
I wish I could explain
how you make me feel,
But I can't.
All I can say is that
I Love You.
