You are not here
So far away you seem
A dream almost divine.
A sign that the world wants
Not an us but a you and me.
It wants a wiggle
Some silent struggle
A place we cannot follow
But I want just you
And if I could converse
This I would want whispered
My other half you hold.
To you my life is told.
keep you from my mind
I cannot do.
With you I choose to lay
This you say to me
Do not play games with me
I just want to see
Through all those thick trees
I don’t want you to leave
You should want to stay
It is us, just believe
In you and have faith in me
Just you and me together
It’s my mind you lay siege
Don’t get lost in the sea
Forever we will be
