Bite Your Tongue
Silly words that are never said
Grow and grow inside your head
You bite your tongue, afraid to speak
You hate yourself for being weak
You look around and wish they knew
What is happening inside of you
Swirling madness in your mind
Sanity is left behind
Your try to tell, but no one hears
Leaving you alone with your fear
You give up, it’s just too hard
Everyone is much too far
Your smile grows, but yet you cry
Your life’s becoming one big lie
You walk away and laugh too loud
You hurt inside without a sound
You hate yourself for being weak
You bite your tongue, afraid to speak
