Through It.
The blade slides across her skin.
She takes another sip of gin.
And that's where her story begins.
She walks with her hair in her face.
Dresses in all black, with a gothy-type lace.
She wants to sink out of her skin.
Wants this life to replace.
The kids at school look at her with faces of disgust.
Among them is the gorgeous boy,
She looks at with lust.
He'd never want her,
And she knew it.
But at the end of the day,
She just wanted to get through it.
