When Home Dissapeared
It's been so long since I've seen home,
Since I've known what home is like.
Home is not a place where you are forced to work,
Forced to be someone's b****.
Home is where you're loved,
Wanted there for the right reasons.
But it's been so long since I've seen home.
Since they took me away.
As my mother screamed for them not to.
Journey across an ocean,
Salty waves as plentiful as my salty tears.
A dark room,
Chained to a bed,
Lined up so people can examine,
I wonder how much I'm worth?
A ride to a place I'm supposed to call home.
An endless job because they're too lazy.
They expose their evil,
And use it to devour my innocence
In a haze of blood and screaming.
Too many nightmares,
Only I can't wake up.
Because home is a place where you want to wake up,
Not a place where you close your eyes,
And hope they never open again.
