Just A Warm Memory
I look out into the Moonlight,
Just a warm memory tonight…
I remember her blue eyes,
They are like butterflies,
That fly through my seven skies,
It was an angel,
With a demon’s tail,
And everyone of her footsteps,
Left me a burning trail,
And her kisses,
Forced me to follow and fail,
Every one of my tears,
Fell to destroy all,
But my fears,
And everyone of her kisses,
Disappear,
I want to look into her eyes,
But I’m afraid of the dark,
I want to believe in her lies,
But I’ll fall back into the dark,
This world fell apart,
Along with the winter breeze,
I want to reach for your heart,
But my hand will freeze,
A creature easy to tame,
And hard to relieve,
As soon as it came,
I saw it leave,
I open my hands to open air,
Just a warm memory there…
