Cancer Child
Look into my eyes, you will see thought
My locks once dark, long, and lush
Fall away leaving pasty white to eat me
I am still, a lion stalking pray
I am quiet, a corps long gone
Look into my heart, you will see the will to fight
My legs once strong hang limp, crooked, frail
Leaving all with ghost faces and watery eyes
I am fighting, a mouse running from a hawk
I am dying, a disease massacring a child
