I was alone today.
I was alone yesterday?
Waiting for a call that never was.
I wanted to turn back,
I wanted to go home.
Not the home with my family,
But the one in my heart.
I was alone today.
I was alone yesterday.
Waiting for a text that never was.
I wish that I could just turn back time tomorrow.
I wish I didn't have to wait for that call,
Or that text message.
Because all I ever wanted,
Was to just be together,
Now and forever.
