Humiliated
I am humiliated.
Left to my own devices
Seen as strange and cold
A falling moment followed by an awkward silence
People’s impressions are too soft to hear
But I see in their eyes that they somewhat fear
I gaze at them and they look away
Like my eyes are darts that have frayed

This is a really good piece! Though short-ish, it portrays the message really well :) Haha, I can relate; I'm really shy too and I hate getting embarassed in front of people, though it happens a lot :P Like, I didn't have a chair at a lunch table once, and I took one from the popular girls' table, and they were all giggling and smirking at me, and rolling their eyes, and gossiping, and I felt...well...humiliated, hahaha xD Well, I should probably stop telling embarassing stories now, and conclude by saying that I LOVE THIS PIECE :)
