I don't care about what people say I don't have time to waste to try to please them.

I don't want to be born from a drunken hate
blurred from this faded place
once a quiet loving home now a symbol of a forgotten tombstone
The memory's of past experiences and events
are nothing more then a bitter sweet lament
what tore all of this apart?
What is brother coming home drunk
Was it the fact dad sleeps with a slut?
Or that mommy likes to smoke the rocks?
Was it me sitting here silently
watching waiting for my home to transform
to a broken down worthless pile of stone?

Thank you for commenting by they way you are the first person to comment on a piece of my work. Sadly, I must admit I have to agree with you. I have noticed that when I am on a bus I hear people talk about topics like this jokingly. It is quite sad to know that what they are talking about is true.

"Shyness is a curious thing, because, like quicksand, it can strike people at any time, and also, like quicksand, it usually makes its victims look down."

This is sad, but applies to the world today. It not only applies to lots of individual households, but also can be applied to the world in general. Very nicey done.
