She Isn't Her Scars Are

I look in the mirror I see someone
who used lies to be accepted
I look in the mirror only to know the
girl staring me back isn't real
I look at the ones I love knowing
they are better
I look at the ones I love seeing
what I want to be
I look in the mirror I see a girl,
her life is getting away
I look in the mirror knowing the scars are real
