You reach for them
Even though we're always here for you
You laugh with them
Even though I'm smiling at you
You ignore me
Even though I've always been there
You cower away
Even though we're your friends
You run to them
Even though they never cared
You are a stranger
Even though you were my best friend
You are still here
Even though you're lost
You, two faced
Even though you only have one
You reached for them
Until I wasn't there
