the angel.
And ill start to dance
When they put my casket in the ground
Ill step on the fallen leaves
But not make sound.
Then ill see you
And you’ll drop a rose on my grave.
I’ll slowly whisper
“you’re the one ill save.”
You start to walk away
And I try to grab your hand
I’ll raise you off the ground
And on a cloud, we’ll land.
You will see my ghost
And ill see your face
We will start to dance
And cry like a basket case.
I’ll hold you tight and close my eyes
But they’ll soon understand
That you’re gone
And everyone will hear my cries.
