Dear Kim,

You're drowning yourself in guiltiness and regret, darling;
leaving behind what makes you whole.
You're crying your eyes out, wishing things were different;
And forcing your pale skin to bleed never gets old.

You're your own victim in this cutthroat catastrophe;
Choking on your words that can't seem to emerge.
You're your own enemy, and you're losing this fight abysmally;
Soon you'll lie restless and awake in your grave as acquaintances mournfully sing dirges.

You'll soon be burning in hell, blazing fires engulfing your shame;
Your soul will rot with envy and senseless mistakes.
Let's hope you can abolish this suffering, your pain;
It's your job to convert your actions and the decisions you partake.

So get back on your feet, miss, and dust off your shoulders;
The clocks are ticking, there's only so much time.
The air is growing crisp and the days are getting older;
So just seclude yourself from your opponent, your other half; eliminate your partner in crime..

Love,
Kim.

This is a poem that I, as you can probably see, wrote to myself. It's like the better, smarter, stronger part of me is trying to help the rest of me get through my pain and grow.
