Interigation
Bright lights in your face
Hands chained to a metal bar
The room around you is dark
Almost black
Sweat beads on your brow
You squint to shield your eyes from the light
Too bright, too bright
They make you sit there
To stew in your own guilt
Then they come like tigers
Ready to tear the truth from you
Your heart calms and you smile
A malicious but calculating smile
You sit up straight, prepared
They glare at you but you just
return their gaze cooly.
Nothing can stop you
Not even their snaring questions
Your not guilty and they know it
But they continue with their Interigation.
