Swaying Light
I see the light beginning to sway.
I see the darkness taking over day.
Is it because I have been forsaken for all of time?
That this light is swaying because it is no longer mine.
Someone has told me of this long ago.
Back when I was naive and little did I know...
That if I fall and my life is lost and my light begins to sway.
I must remember that all alone in darkness is where I belong with no light to lead the way.
If I live in in darkness then alone I will die.
If I die in darkness then alone for eternity I will cry.
I can feel the darkness destroying my sun.
Soon the shadows and the darkness will become one.
Someone has told me of this long ago.
Back when I was naive and little did I know...
That if I fall and my life is lost and my light begins to sway.
I must remember that all alone in darkness is where I belong with no light to lead the way.
Now my moonlight is starting to fade as well.
Now the monsters of the night are putting me through eternal hell.
Is this the ending of my pain?
Or is this the beginning of suffering that will forever reign.
Someone has told me of this long ago.
Back when I was naive and little did I know...
That if I fall and my life is lost and my light begins to sway.
I must remember that all alone in darkness is where I belong with no light to lead the way.
