And It Started to Eat Away at Me
Jealousy visible in my eyes;
Anger clear in my face;
Violence shaking my body;
Vivid green envy corrodes my veins;
My voice is lost
Yet I am screaming;
My voice gets caught in my throat;
But at the same time,
It expresses to you in words so cutting that I feel betrayed and abandoned;
I am elapsed;
I am fading in your memory;
The forgotten girl,
She is condemned to be the fallen angel;
I have become she;
I have lost me to the abandonment and lies that have been told to me;
I am she;
And because of you I am no longer me.
