I love you even though you won't ever love me back,
I think about you daily although I probably don't even cross a second of your mind,
I reach out to you in my darkest dreams but I wake up before you ever extend your hand out in return,
I wash away the pain in my soul that you never knew you even caused me,
And I still pray you find your way back home.
