I have always believed
Though sometimes faith ran weak
Even when life was hard
He got me through it in one piece
Some days I may have strayed
But He always helped me find my way back
He gave me endless love
Even when I felt unlovable
To believe can be hard
Because of all that you can not see
To pray can seem pointless
Because of the silent responses
But faith brings us through it all
The belief that He’s really there
Watching, listening
That feeling of wonder
Of amazement, of joy
Each time we think of our faith
Faith is what gets us through those times
We think we could never survive
Faith is not just to believe
It’s a way of life
