The Bitter Sweet Escape

Fabulous, horrendous fantasy takes me away,

Before I even know what has begun.

Strong stout illusions I dream of,

I hope I always stay.


Beautiful, terrible fantasy takes me away,

The sights are always serene,

And the world never seems to melt.

Forever I'll be happy if I stay.


Regal, ugly fantasy takes me away,

Friends and family will never miss me,

And no one can ever cause me pain.

What will happen to them if I stay?
