My Little Angel
The rain washes over me
It tells me to be still
To not cry, to be strong
I don’t think I can do this
He left me all alone that night
I was so helpless and scared
How can I forgive him
How can I still care
It breaks my heart to think
That we were once together
One heart, one soul, one mind
Loving one another
Now the wind whispers
That it’ll all be okay
But how can I believe someone
Who stole my lover away
I cant help but love him
More than the air I breath
And sometimes it helps to know
He’ll always be in my dreams
Soaring flying still loving me
In the puffy cotton pillows of the sky
I will always love my little angel
The one and only who made me cry.
