Crazy, crazy – wait, wait
Innocence or take the bait?
Torn amid the truth and lies
Should I believe your alibis?

If you only came clean the hundredth time,
Would it even be worth the ride?

Blood runs thick as water
But now when hot with youth
Naivety envelops me
When I take your word for truth

Rebel, rebel – run, run
Virgin heartstrings hum, hum
Isometric, cold as ice
Love runs deep, but not this time
