Asylum
The tears ran down her frosty cheeks as they wheeled her into the room,
Her screams of sorrow echoing off the walls as she faced her sudden doom,
They pulled her off the stretcher and tied her to the slab,
and with the silver needle they gave her a quick jab,
Her teary sobs echoed across to others in the room,
they awaited the same fate as terror could presume,
Psychics, witches, sinners too,
were brought here one afternoon
and each of them will die in here very soon,
They slapped her face, slit her wrists and stripped her almost bare,
then they carted her next door to the electric chair,
She begged them in her teary voice,
"Please just let me go!"
and to her face, once again they delivered a mighty blow,
As they sat her down on the chair she remembered her brother Brad,
who said "One day death will come and it won't be so bad!",
Instead they stabbed her in the heart and told her 'rents she'd overdosed,
And now in the Asylum, walking around, stuck forever is Mary Summers Ghost,
