Door to Imagination
The book is an entrance to imagination,
Where words flow like a waterfall,
Spraying images like mist,
Welcoming you to dip your feet, and then your body.
Characters surround you,
Standing as tall as a the sky,
Laughing, jeering, crying,
And all you can do is continue into their lives.
Voices appear,
As soft as a cat’s purr,
Explaining their quest, their past,
Enthralling you to the very core.
The climax is reached,
As daunting as a frozen mountain,
As exciting as an escapade,
And as sad as death,
The end is here,
And the door to imagination must be closed.
