A Birthday Poem
Look inside yourself for a moment
And see what other people see,
What I see.
A radiant, smart, creative young girl
Who smiles every time she sees someone
Just incase they are having a bad day
Cracks jokes every time
Someone is down
Even when it clearly isn’t funny
People still seem to laugh at them because it came from you
And even with the most ridiculously packed
Schedule that I’ve ever seen anyone tackle,
You still find time to help people that need it
And care for those who have no one
To me that’s the best kind of person,
Someone who cares to make a difference
And does.
