I'm spiraling downward,
My mind is filled with heavy thoughts,

Every time I ask for help,
My family says I'm just fine,
Please someone help me,
Try to escape myself,
You all don't understand me,

I wish I could tell you how I feel,
Nope I can't no one wants to listen,
So I exclude myself,
I just go and sit in my room,
Dumb is what I'm called now so,
Empty I will forever be...
