Summer Days
When the sun starts to shine
and the darkness is left behind
I know it’s the start of a new summer morning
When a soft new breeze starts blowing
and my hair is tickling my face
I can feel the fresh summer morning.
When birds start chirping around me
flying high above my head
calling to me from the electric blue sky
I can see it’s the start of a beautiful summer morning.
When my family awakes
and I see their love around me
I feel comforted to know
that it’s a peaceful summer morning.
