What Love Means To Me
Ever since I was little,
I heard and knew stories
Of first love and kisses
And all of life’s glories
These stories stayed in my heart all the while
Since I have grown up and grew out of a child
Love is like a candy of mystery flavor,
One that we hate or one that we savor
Like light without dark,
There’s no love without loss,
Finding your loved one comes at a high cost
You have took cupids wings,
Not to mention his bow,
You hit me much harder than you’ll ever know
With all your love, you have drawn me so near
For without you, I would have no reason to be here
