Dear Diary
Dear diary,
My eyes burned from my own tears today.
My face is hidden from a few scars and the mess that is my uncombed hair.
My lips tremble at the next word I may speak,
for they have become swords I've not managed to wield.
Dear diary,
today has frighten me to death.
I've stared Hate in the eyes and it's wish to kill me.
My shell has become my own shield.
Dear diary,
my apologies are dry.
My tounge is cracked and worn out from my abuse.
I should cut it out.
Dear diary,
what's my lesson for today so that I may hear it go in one ear and out the other?
Then I can break my promise and do it all over again.
