Judging Reality
I burned that candle.
It fell through my hands.
The wax was seeping away, falling into the leafy soil beneath.
I thought i saw a ghost just then.
That villain snatched my light.
I'm here in the dark.
My heart is bleeding at faster and faster repetitions.
I'm afraid to utter a tone.
He might hurt me.
Better yet, suck out my soul.
I better stand still.
But god, my shoes are pinching my toes! I bet I have blisters.
As soon as I glare at my speckled blue sandals,
BRrAAAaa!
He comes closer and my corpse jolts. And I wipe the sand from my eyes.
