Never Knew Diamonds Could Break
Don't know where it went wrong,
don't know why she hates me so.
Doesn't want me here - wants me gone.
I just want to yell because she doesn't know...
She doesn't see the good in me.
She only sees the bad, the dark.
I wish she would take the journey to be happy
because truth is she would then discern I no bite nor bark.
If she took time to understand me,
if she took time to understand my choices
she would see things much more clearly
and not wonder if have numerous amount of voices.
Because I have but one voice box,
i have but one mind.
If she never finds the key for this lock...
she and I will forever be stuck in this torturous bind.
