An Unwelcome Feeling

I closed myself so you couldn’t reach me
As I let my guard down you pounced
It wasn’t fake
It took me by surprise how real you were,
And I hated it
I never had a chance
So why did you choose me?
I didn’t want to be hurt
So I didn’t let you in
You didn’t listen and came anyways
My stomach is twisting and turning
You wont let go
I want you,
But I hate you…
It’s a complicated relationship
