When It All Comes Crashing Down
Pressure builds, louder and louder
Inside my head, while I try not to scream
What the hell is wrong with me
Did maybe God make me the defect?
Or some other crazy
Because all I really want to know right now
Is that when I don't get this right
My rage is just going to implode
No, I don't need your help
I can do this all by myself
Because if no one else is involved
The only person I can hurt is my own
If it's not your fault, then don't jump in
The level I'm in has just passed my knees
Don't climb in, mind your own business
Once you're in, there's no escaping
Because it's so deep
I can't run away
Let me on my own; I can work it out
I don't care about your hurt feelings
The more I push on alone in my work
The safer you are; its only me I can hurt.
No, I don't care for your good intentions
I can do this all by myself
Because if no one else is involved
The only one that gets hurt is me.
