If You Love Someone, Tell Them
She look at him
and thinks, "I Love You."
A silent tear rolls down her cheek
because,
she nows he'll never know.
Unaware, when she looks away
he looks at her
and thinks "I Love You."
Pain tugs at his heart
because,
he knows she'll never know.
Strong, reassuring arms are
wrapped around her.
She thinks, "I wish he were you."
But she says nothing
because,
she knows it will never happen.
Soft, tempting lips kiss his.
He thinks, "I wish she were you."
But he kisses back
because,
he knows it will never happen.
Walking down the aisle in a gorgeous white dress,
She thinks, "I'll never forget you." Uttering, "I do."
Because,
she knows it was never meant to be.
Gettting down on one knee,
he thinks, "I'll never forget you." Asking, "Will you?"
Because,
he knows it was never meant to be.
On their death bed,
they look bac on their lives, regretting,
and they think, "I'll meet you there."
