Throbbing
My mind is throbbing
letters flash, confusion surfaces
questions arise while my chest falls with every breath
i wrestle with the feeble grasp that holds onto my sanity, my pen
it falls, I fall
not by choice
nothing is by choice
fate writes my story
and I read it with an open and throbbing mind
I scratch out mistakes
and I change the ending often
I revise the first draft of my life
Destiny holds the final
I am living blind
Harmony is my pen
Love is my eraser
and happiness is my current chapter
