fairytale ending
You sit here and tell me that life is perfect, if you make it to be. That everyone succeeds if you try. That there are tons of fish in the sea and the right one is out there somewhere looking for me, he is just with all the wrong people. You tell me that there is always a bright side, every cloud has a silver lining, just sometimes it’s harder to find. You say that I need to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty. You say that I need to have dreams and make goals. That tomorrow will be a better day. That all things get better in time, I just have to be patient. You sit here in front of me with the most serious look on your face and say that everything will be okay. And all I can do is say for you to take your damn fairytale endings and your hopes, dreams and wishes and shove them. This is the real world, and that just doesn’t cut it anymore.
