Winter comes
And the sun hides
Which makes us think
It’s time for goodbyes
But as time passed
The snowflakes come
Twirling
Rejoicing
Sticking around
The once bare trees
Are glazed with snow
New things come to say hello
Grass and leaves are no more
For the snow has taken control once more
Becoming one as they hit the ground
Making nothing but the slightest sound.

I stood in the snow, but saw more then just the snow.

This poem is really beautiful! I liked how the poem physically has a shape to it, which gave the poem a nice rhythm. I accidentally voted one star but i promise it was accident because this poem deserved five, so im sorry! =]
