I sit in the corner of your mind
Waiting to be remembered
Trying to get back to the front of your mind
But pushed back by other thoughts.
Lost in a sea of forgetfulness
trying to swim to the shore
Trying to be noticed
But just another face in the crowd
Wanting to be found
But to lost to be found
Wanting to be something to go back to when times are bad
But another memory is always there first.
I want to be part of you
But I'm just a forgotten memory
