Free Falling
I ponder to myself why is it so easy to be sad and angry but so difficult to be happy.
It’s because happiness takes time. Happiness takes energy. Happiness stands alone.
Sadness and anger are a mixture of things. Like an army. They bond together with other emotions such as frustration, stress, and pity to weaken us. It becomes so over powering that we let it take control, because our emotions have made us so weak that we no longer have the strength to fight back. Happiness is a choice while anger/sadness is an option that requires no thinking, no strings attached. Humans are not strong enough to choose, so they must settle. Those who are strong enough have one thing everyone else lacks: FREE WILL and that’s because when we were busy being sad/angry we ended up taking our own free will away. But I won't let that happen to me anymore, because I'm free now....FREE FALLING.... All it takes is just one person to show you how to believe in yourself.
