Mommy tucked me in a night
Daddy read the books
I knew how to get that I wanted
With those I love you looks


Morning time was fun
When all I did was play
Secretly watching the clock
Waiting for them everyday


Sunday was the best
Pancakes galore
All they did was laugh when the
Syrup hit the floor


I never had to worry
When the week rolled around
I just waited for the weekend
Where we would act like clowns


Late at night we counted stars
High in the sky above
The only things I felt were
Happiness in love



Spending time with mom and dad
It meant the world to me
Spending time with mom and dad
My happiest childhood memory
