No Mars Bars
I am nothing but a prisoner within
A prisoner bound by painful thought
A prisoner with love that was self thought
I am nothing more than a subject and a paycheck
A substance of which can never catch a brake
Something so sweet and mushy, like fresh baked cake
I’m not a movie star, but I wish the memories could be shot in a retake
No fiction tales of happiness
I am a prisoner to the system
