Limed Right Up
So hot it burns like a candle wicked at both ends
Every word it says cuts like a loose thread in a clothe trend
Bends very far in the middle but never ever snaps
It gets very very large when the audience claps
Starts to flutter above the arena when the audience laughs
Megaphone as the ears, ears as the mouth
More relaxed than retirement years in the south
Always trusted, loved, and patted on the back
Smile and wave then send the Congratulations back
Step up in times of the trials and tribulations
Super super greedy like "Screw Eve! that's a rib I'm wastin'! "
That's the only fault, like a pro tennis player
But when the ball hits the net, the crowd pipes a prayer
But he's never phased, no he's never phased
Just wipe the sweat off his face...
because everyone in the place knows him like a popular phrase
Got the spotlight all the time like Seven-Twenty Four
Will he make another mistake?...
....I'm sure there'll be plenty more.
