To My Love
My Love,
Don't swear our love's worth on the moon.
Our love doesn't belong in the
ever-changing sky.
Our love doesn't belong with the
Man on the moon,
A man who can never decide on a face;
Always hiding the truth from our eyes.
Our love shouldn't be surrounded
with the slowly fading stars.
They may be big and bright
Yet,
they don't compare to my love for
you.
Our love isn't a metor souring
across the midnight sky.
A flash of light,
A moment of brilliance,
A few seconds of hope.
We are forever, not just a moment.
Your Love
