I can see you staring back…
I can hear you call my name…

I do not answer.

You have tried to make me whole,

Make me… Complete…

You lost everything,
Your goal was simple…
To save me from corruption,

To save me from myself…

But do not be mistaken,
The war is not lost…
For if you cannot listen to yourself,

How can you listen to others?

As a faded image starts to appear in front of me,
I look as though I have never seen this image before…

My mind jolts and the mirror shatters…
As I stare at my broken darkness,
I give my last promise…

I am listening.
