Look: A Poem
Look up,
can you see where the ceiling
touches the sky?
Look over there,
rainbows of saints and heavens and crosses
await for us,
with golden bodies resting in green nature
beneath the red sun tied with Babel’s foreboding stature.
Look at me,
Is there any better of a place to say
I love you?
I love you.
Look into my eyes,
See into my world and understand that
this land of clouds and grass
Is my place of comfort.
Look deeper,
And you’ll see into my heart
where your soul sits and waits
to be embraced with mine.
