The captivating colors.
Colors you never could imagine,
lie just within my reach–
43,000 colors.
Yet, we don’t get along anymore.
The colors, not as beautiful–
we break apart, but you call me back.
You need me.
The tension, scorching hotter and hotter.
The heat–
it stings you.
When I look at your ghostly white appearance–
it stings.
I think back, about all I could’ve done
to help you.
Your captivating colors, now faded
into your cries.
Your now stark white appearance…
I wonder how I could’ve prevented this.
