#1 fan
A sports player.
Focused.
They focus on the game, their team, and the opposing team.
Nothing more.
They are so focused, in fact,
They never notice their number one fan
The one who never misses a game
The one cheering them on the loudest
The one that’s never noticed
Not by the player, anyways
The player is so focused on the things in front of them
They never notice their number one fan
Life can be like that sometimes
Going through it like a game to be played
Whether you play it honestly or not
That’s your choice to make
You’re going through life focused only on friends and enemies
The things in front of you
So take a moment, zoom out, look in the stands
Maybe then, you’ll see your number one fan
